verbicideWow. I made it through the night. It wasn't really hard. A lot easier than going to bed and waking up at this hour, that's for damn sure.
I'm tired, but have my second wind, for sure.
So Ellie should be here soon, and then it's off to the airport. The worst part of traveling for me is, well, the traveling. And really, as much as I hate flying, I'd rather be sitting there in my cramped seat than sitting here annoyed to death with anticipation.
I realize I haven't left Hobbes alone for more than a day in over a year and it's mildly freaking me out. I know he'll be fine, but I also know he'll be sad and freaked out and yeah. Mowr. Ok, have to stop thinking about it.
So I am off to Los Angeles for a week. I'll be back on the 19th. If I don't respond to email or LJ comments, it's because I've been dogpiled by scads of cousins. Have a great week!
