and the hits just keep on coming..
May. 26th, 2004 12:07 pmPoor Hobbsie's asthma has kicked up again. It's always a balance to figure out the appropriate time for his next shot, but I think it's time now.
Usually he'll start wheezing on a Thursday, just mild enough for me to watch him. Then around Friday night I'll decide to take him. At which point he doesn't wheeze again until Sunday morning when the vet office is closed.
Just called and made a 230PM appt with a technician at Phinney Ridge Animal Hospital. Dr. Henkle is wonderful, but pointed out that he's stabilized enough to not require a full vet visit each time.
And since my car is actually functioning on a regular basis now, will have dinner with
drexeldeb tonight. It'll be very nice to catch up with her.
Hope my blah mood will have improved by then or I won't be good company.
I would like to also note that if it weren't for Judy, I would kill myself. Yay, melodrama. Had a miserable night and was consoled only by the fact that I could write an utterly irrational, sleep-deprived, shrieking, explosive email at 5AM to someone who would not only understand, but has been there herself. And not only that, but know exactly what to say to calm me down. What would I do without her? Be unfit for society, likely.
Looking forward to hanging out with her tomorrow, and as an unexpected bonus, on Friday, too. She's taken Friday off to give herself a nice long break for Memorial Day Weekend. Thank god for holidays.
Was vastly cheered up last night by
jeff_nw's company, and thus glad I bothered to endure the torture of TC407. It was apparently only a temporary fix as am back in a funk now. Blah.
As Pink would croon, It's bad when you annoy yourself.
