Just got this in an email from Amy today. Hee!

The web site for the Bush-Cheney campaign - the real one, paid for by MBNA America and Richard Scaife - featured a "create your own banner" tool, where you could enter your own slogan and print out your own poster, with the Bush-Cheney logo, and a note at the bottom "paid for by Bush-Cheney '04, Inc." Democrats, of course, couldn't get enough of this. The original sloganator accepted everything, then it started censoring profanity and words like "Hitler," "dictator," and "evil."

Nevertheless, many clever folks exploited the sloganator to their own ends before its sad demise only a couple of weeks after its birth, and its mourners assembled some of the best for a slideshow.

Am working on portfolio site. It's both exciting and tedious. I don't know how that works. Or maybe it's just that I've had 930584.5 diet pepsis today and have fallen into the abyss beyond Over-Caffeinated.

Hobbes is unimpressed with my frequent bouts of leaping around and dancing. But really, who doesn't secretly dance to Britney Spears "Hit Me Baby One More Time" when alone in the privacy of their own home. Oh shut up, you do so.

Hobbes would like me to dance my way into the kitchen and feed him again. He is lying very carefully to my right. If I inhale or shift, he takes this as a promising sign and rushes over to head butt my face and whine loudly. When this proves ineffective, he wanders away petulantly, but hopes springs eternal for him. Lather. Rinse. Repeat.

I was complaining about him to brabble yesterday.
