Deep within the throes of hermit-y-ville today. Spent the entire morning lounging in bed, which, I woke up bizarrely at 7:30am to watch more Veronica Mars. I require the season finale NOW please. Something very satisfying about watching a glut of episodes. Much more satisfying than a scant nibble each week.
( Detailed blather with lots of spoilers for VM and House MD. )
Don't worry, Jeff: I have a marathon of Gilmore Girls ahead of me, too! *blows kisses* Love you! Mean it!
Also, as much as I'm enjoying my slothful day, I did loads of laundry, cleaned the kitchen, bedroom and living room. I watered all my plants. It's exciting to see all the new buds on my azalea and jasmine plants. In less exciting news, I need to Little Green Clean Machine up all the cat-puke (Hi, Hobbes!) but I'm opting to pretend it doesn't exist.
Tomorrow I have a full day. It's Amy-Day, and I need to do a number of secret things I can't mention because I was too lazy to put up a filter to cut her out but will tell you all about after next week. I need to grocery shop for a few items and prepare for the work week. I really ought to haul my butt down to Impress at U Village to return the card-making supplies from round one that failed so dismally. But gah, the thought of the overly crowded U Village on a Sunday afternoon is not an appealing thought.
I also need to put in at least a half day of work because I tend to do my editing best at home, and there is a lot of editing that needs to be done before next week. I think I may lug my laptop out to a nice WiFi friendly cafe. As much as I love days like this, I can't handle an entire weekend of isolation.
( Cut again, because I apparently couldn't stop rambling about random things. )
