So my immediate goal was to lose weight two weeks in a row. It's dumb, but I kept waffling between the same fucking 2lb gain/loss. So I busted my ass this week and finally, finally lost two weeks in a row. Of course the next goal is to lose weight the next two consecutive weeks and so on, but I feel like I've finally gotten back on track after being derailed for so miserably long.
My goal for March was to lose 10lbs and I'm halfway there. Whew.
I had the nastiest shock yesterday. This chicken taco salad from Taco del Mar that I love? That I had figured was about 10 pts? Yeah, it was TWENTY ONE points. I found their nutritional info yesterday, and nearly had a heart attack. Wah. No more for me. It's worse than a double-quarter-pounder from McD's. Mrh.
Anyhow. 5lbs done and happy to be feeling the benefits of all the exercise, and not just on the scale. I'm less tired and I feel stronger. Which is very exciting.
