tg-motherfuckin'-if!
Aug. 18th, 2006 09:21 pmI am so wound today! Ahhhhhhhhhh!
I'm excited to have people over from work. They're all really lovely people. I hope everything goes well and that they have fun.
I feel like a 6-year old "I hope people like my party!"
And I'm so bouncy and ready to leave work already!
I have to fill the propane tank, find a galvanized tub at Fred Meyer (or something in which to dump tons of ice and beer) and then, of course, libations!
*hop* *hop* *hop*
Two more hours!
Half the office is out in Wisconsin for the wedding of one of our developer's. I've sent everything off for review and can't find this one spread-sheet for this one project and don't think I can focus on updating the content spec for this other project because I'm too hyper. So I don't have much to do right now, except read this book on genetics, which is actually written very hilariously and thus is right up my mental -alley. But Even focusing on that is hard.
Jeff was very nice and let me sit on his desk and babble and wiggle with energy for half an hour, but then I had to let the poor man do some real work.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh, Fridy-itis!!
My final concern is that Hobbes will have run around my flat vomitting in all the public areas. I took care of my second-to-last concern which was that someone would want to use the master bathroom and see how messy my bathroom is, but I cleaned it this morning, so that fear's gone.
I'm so not going to last two more hours.
