I love Michael's utter hatred for poor Toby!

I think their depiction of how gay people are treated or actually the concept of gay people is responded to is pretty spot on. I mean, not so much in Seattle, or at least not the offices I've worked in. But things like blowhard assholes like Packards calling Jim "queer" or Michael going off on Pam being a lesbian and if she brought in her "air quotes" partner. Warehouse guys going off on Michael shopping at Queers R Us.

On the other hand, having watched these types of sexual harassment orientations... bleah.
