This election is a fucking disgrace.

I can't remember where I got this link, but it makes me so fucking angry.

Does the Bush Administration really think this country will let them hijack another election? Don't they realize that after the fraud in 2000, people are more vigilant, more watchful, and more determined to prevent that from happening again? I don't think Kerry would step aside the way Gore did, either. I still wish Gore hadn't, but as the situation was pretty unprecedented, I can see that he tried to do the best he could at the time.

God. Between this, the actual shredding of democratic voter registration, the stealing of democratic absentee ballots, the misleading of voters everywhere--I'm freaking out. And omfg, worst of all, what if their dirty tricks prove successful?

I know this administration has lied and cheated and raped the American people for which they claim to stand, but christ on a motherfucking pony. There is a limit. What am I saying? We left the limit far behind. How do these people fucking sleep at night?

I just signed up to do phone-banking for ACT, Pam, so I'm earning my right to bitch.

Do you know where your polling place is? If not, find out without having to call the Board of Elections:

Right behind you! I'm pollwatching to make sure that the election is just that much less fucked in MN. I'm also driving dems to the polls. Took off work that day. I am frightened tho...

Awesome. Every bit helps.

And I'm frightened, too.

I'm going to be in knots until the election.

Awesome! Good work.

At this stage, the only way to beat this crap is to overwhelm it. For every Dem vote they suppress through sleazy tactics, we get out three more.

I am stressed out, too. Can't concentrate on work, can't sleep, etc. I'm not scared, though. I'm too keyed up to be scared.
