verbicideOkay, I have to admit that Jack is not my favorite character on Lost. I feel for the guy, I admire his skills at times, but he doesn't toss my salad. However, the actor Matthew Fox is really very endearing.
Watching him on a Tivo'd ep of the Ellen show where she's teasing him about his tendency to get naked in his backyard beach in Hawaii and trying to coax him into getting naked (or at least take his shirt off) on her show is very, very cute. He's got that slightly embarrassed look, slightly shocked that he's talking about this on tv where his kids are watching (he was very excited talking about his 8-year old daughter's athletic endeavors). It's really kind of sweet.
Anyhow. He's very charming in a not smarmy way. *pets him*
It's always nice to see someone handling their celebrity well and not being a total prat.
The soulpatch is icky, though. He can shave that.
