Okay maybe it was totally obvious. But I'm easily exciteable.

It was TOBY?? The leak was TOBY??? I mean, it makes sense because I mean, his brother. And his comment from last season where he says, "Don't ask me what I would do" (or say or whatever) when CJ had asked what his brother would say about not rescuing them. But Toby did that? He really did that? He is in so much trouble. I mean, doesn't he go to jail? Doesn't he at the very least lose his job?

We can't have the West Wing without Richard Schiff!!!!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

I don't really know if in hindsight I thought it could have been Toby, but I knew it wasn't CJ. That would have been too easy, and in the past, whenever the character feels righteous anger, she eventually calms down and sticks to the rules, even if she may hate it. But Toby...yeah, I can see him doing it.

But geez, poor Margaret had to go through the ringer for nothing. And I'm afraid to see what Jed will do to Toby in the next ep. He'll probably want to beat him with his cane.

It's interesting, I was reading some of the message boards out there and they point out that the season premiere showed Toby at the Bartlett Library opening. And he said something like, "Thank you for inviting me." and Barlett responded with something about Columbia.

I mean, a leak like this generally carries a long jail term. So I'm not sure how they're going to do this.

There have also been rumors that CJ really did it, or Leo really did it, and that Toby is taking the fall for them. But I don't think so. It's just too enormous a crime, and I don't think CJ or Leo (or anyone) would let him do that anyway.
