Jeff came in early this morning and thus just left early. No more Jeff.

I have only one thing to say about that:

He did stop by to say goodbye. I think I must look like death warmed over, because he kept saying I look tired. And then said he was sorry he kept saying it, but that he rarely ever sees me tired.

Mostly it's because for the past 3 days I've been doing this mind-numbingly tedious graphics conversion thingie. Which omfg, I'm on the home stretch finally.

Almost...done...can...see...the...light...

I want a cheeseburger, a blankie, and my cat. In that order. Hobbes was particularly sweet last night. It really does seem like he can read my moods, and will throw me a bone if I'm feeling particularly morose. Or my turning the heat down is paying off in more ways than reduced electricity bills.

Gah, it really does such when co-workers disrupt the carefully-balanced routines! My co-worker will be out tomorrow, and it'll be just me and the boss. Luckily, I have my big headphones and a list of things that need doing (easy, easily-stretched-out things) to do, so interaction should be at a minimum (not that the boss is intolerable, far from it, just that I'm something of an insular soul anyway, at least, in a work situation).
