Dear Alan Ball,

When doing commentary on Season TWO of Six Feet Under, it is not very helpful of you to give away plot spoilers for Season THREE. Why the fuck would you make such an assumption.

I love your work, but right now I kind of fucking hate you.

o_O? Was season three already over or something? That makes noooo sense at all unless they are only expecting current fans to buy the dvds. Which really limits their buying market. Dummies. :P

What was the spoiler that he unleashed? Was it the really, really big one?

No, they were two small spoilers, but then I turned it off.

They were:

1. That Claire has another big emotional moment with someone named Russell that she or her mom is dating (this is because of her breakdown at her college interview).

2. That she gets into the arts college. Which, honestly, I'd figured--but it pissed me off anyway, and I turned it off at that point before he could do more damage.

Oh, that stuff? Trust me, small potatoes! Ball probably considered these rather minor reveals for Season Three--he had much, much bigger things on his mind--I, er, suspect.

No, I know it wasn't a big spoiler, and my guess is that he didn't have any earth-shattering reveals about season three, but still! It's wrong on principle!

I'm currently dying for season 3. Aaargh!! :D
