RULES: Each player of this game starts off with 10 weird things/habits about yourself. People who get tagged need to write a blog of their own 10 weird habits/things as well as state this rule clearly. At the end you need to choose 6 people to be tagged and list their names.

I'm not tagging anyone, but I always love to hear how other people are weird.

1. I love the cell membrane. It's my favorite part of the cell.
2. I still sleep with the teddy bear Judy gave me when we were 16.
3. I love breakfast foods but never want to eat in the morning.
4. I will do anything to put off packing for a trip until the absolute last minute possible.
5. I can't stand James Bond movies (and I seem to be alone on this one).
6. I can't go to sleep without a book. Even if I'm too tired to read, it has to be on the nightstand.
7. If you call and wake me up, I will compulsively lie about it, no matter how obvious I am.
8. I almost never, ever have any cash on me.
9. I think in French at the grocery store.
10. I love singing in my car so much that sometimes I want to keep going past my designated stop (but usually don't).

Je voudrais acheter des pomplemousse....

Is the thinking subconscious or do you plan on it for practice?

It's funny, it seems to just happen naturally.
(Oooh, j'ai besoin du fromage! Ah, bien sur!) And then I think--well this is good practice, and then continue on!

I'm not feeling game-y, but...

5. I can't stand James Bond movies (and I seem to be alone on this one).

I don't care for Bond movies. I'm not sure I've seen more than 2 minutes of one. They just seem so ridiculously illogical.

Happy belated birthday, by the way. I need to write these things down. :-(

Yay, I'm not alone!

And no worries, Jimbeans :D (It's still my birthday weekend!)

Jimbeans? That's a little too close to Jim Beam, thanks. :-P

(And yes, I do recall the postcard in New Hampshire. I believe I still have it...somewhere.)

Dammit! Totally the fault of my aging, failing vision.

Let me correct that: Jimabeans!!

Hahaha!! I am the opposite - I will freely admit to having been woken up. I called my friend to tell him I was on my way, and he said, "Did you just wake up?" "......Yes."

I like the cytoplasm so much I made up a song about it when I was younger. :)

I'm with you on the woken-up thing, though. It doesn't help - or maybe it does? - that I sound like I've been woken up when I answer the phone ALL the time, or so I'm told. But I extend this habit to the level of truly silly by trying to pretend to someone who's *in the room with me* that I'm still awake! (Sometimes it even works.... and then I don't remember a word of the conversation they swear we had.)
