I have really missed Grey's Anatomy. There. I said it. I never thought it would be true. But wow.



I really loved a lot about this episode, even when things were Obvious.

- love that Meredith snores so loud that Derek has to go elsewhere
- loved the scene with George and Callie doing the Pee Dance
- love that they've improved Callie's bangs so I don't spend the entire time looking at her hair with annoyance
- LOVE THAT IZZE DEPOSITED THE CHECK
- love how Izzie looked crankily at the bank guy at the end and snapped, "Can you just deposit the damn thing already!!"
- love all the crossed family storylines
- love George reaching out for Meredith right after his dad's recovery, and then Izzie holding his hand at the end
- Katherine Heigl is staggeringly beautiful. Wow.
- And I don't care if it's cheesy or something, but I loved that montage at the end

On the other hand:
- BARF to the whole Addison-Alex pairings. So. Totally. WRONG!!! And gross!
- I found the Cristina-Burke thing annoying, too. So absurd for two grown-ups to be behaving like this.
- Whatever to the Mark Stone thing and his latte demands
- Also, not much with the opinion about Izzie and her potential future plot device with the girl with spinal owie

And for next episode:

I really, really hope George's dad doesn't die. That would be too sad.

George's dad BETTER NOT DIE!! I cried through this episode as it was!!

Still think Callie isn't right for George, evne with New Imrpoved Bangs.

Alex/Addison - have seen that coming for forever, and I like it. Leaves the way open for George and Izzie! ;)

Last night's episode renewed my faith in the show - first season was amazing, second season was good, and there's bene like one episode this season up till now that I felt was as good as the first season.

Yeah, I seem to be alone on the Addison/Alex hate, but George and Izzie would be so cute together!

And I agree--last night was the first episode that really wowed me!

I want them to tease Addison - Alex ALL season.. but never let them do anything more than come THAT close.. Make Alex less of an ass.. and Addison less fucking needy.. and then when they finally DO hook up make it so damn explosive that you can't do anything but cheer them on.

George kissing Callie and her expression of complete and utter shock was so awesome. I love them as a couple.. She is hotter than hell..

Christina and Burke and annoyingly realistic to me in some ways.. I've SEEN people act like that.. and you have to remember that they are both emotional retards..

I loved every time Izzie would beg to scrub in she would get shut down by how much interest she is losing ;)

It's true --Cristina and Burke as total emotional retards and struggling with that together. They're just so ridiculous, if realisitc.

And I loved Bailey for bullying her into depositing that thing! It's true--all the interest she's lost!

Have to totally disagree with you on the Alex/Addison thing, though. I mean, yes, it's contrived, but far more importantly, they are both smoking hot.

(My personal theory is that it's never going to go anywhere. But I'm sad about my theory!)

Yeah, The Stare was awesome!

And we'll see what happens with them. I've just hated Alex so much throughout the show, it's hard to like anything with him in it! (And I don't find him hot, so I don't even have that going for me!)
