Feb. 22nd, 2007 09:22 pmSo far, really liking it. Very exciting that Burnett has discovered the joy of a multi-ethnic cast, even when the Point isn't "Battle of the Ethnicities."
I actually find people I don't hate. Like, more than two! And of course there's still someone to hate, like "Dreamz" - so there's something for everyone.
It's interesting to watch --especially when one team dominates, because unless they're totally lame (which Ravu isn't), you can't help but root for them. As they continue to flail miserably. I really do hope they're able to win a challenge, because eventually you want the Davids to beat the Goliath and not watch the weak get completely pulverized.
And not to mention, with this season's twist, one team living at Club Med and the other in typical Survivor conditions--well, what a huge advantage in resting up and being well fed for challenges. Not to mention the psychological advantage.
And as sorry was I was for Papa Smurf, who did take a hard tumble, it was nice to see return of the Survivor Hot Doctor.
It was exciting to see the return of the Revolting Speed Food challenge, especially since it gave Ravu a chance for a freaking break on the physical exertion. As much as I get that it's a competition, I sort of agree with Boo that directly taunting the other person is sort of lame. So sad to see Ravu lose again. WAH. I can't believe the shit they had to eat. Bleh. I feel so bad for them.
I feel bad for Sylvia. I know she's a little annoying, but I just feel bad for her. I don't think she's all that bad. But she really didn't have a chance.
