Yeah. Ive been to maybe 1 place where the staff are actually inforcing the no smoking law. most people dont care. at all. I went clubbing last night at this place called Watergate (its on the spree) and they still stock their cigarette machines. And there also stands the different between german and american work environments. if you lost your job like that in america (if you could) you could always sue. Here? not much you can do.
