Carpeted. We've talked about putting in wood floors but haven't yet.

I have about a million knives, but the ones I use the most are in two blocks on the counter. I'm sure I only need one - I should consolidate.

We just got a new desktop (22" monitor!) for the bedroom, and we use our (work) laptops anywhere.

The one we never go in is the second bedroom/office. We keep the door closed and the heater off - last time I went in there it was 57 degrees! But it's clean.

Date: 2008-01-21 05:23 pm (UTC)I have a really good chef's knife, and I want a really good paring knife and bread knife. I wish they made three-knife blocks, because I would keep that on my counter. I also have a drawerfull of appallingly bad knives, but can't seem to make myself toss 'em yet.
