reclaiming my youth

So, to continue on from the last song-quoting, teen-girl post. My lunch today consisted of:

- pb&j with the crusts torn off
- small sack of potato chips
- kit-kat twofer

I'm trying to think of ways to coax myself into drinking water, or really any liquids. I'm so averse to it lately. (Jeff's helpful suggestion: "Put it in your mouth and swallow." Insert your own filthy joke here. That's right, I said insert.)

Henry woke me up today by lightly clawing at my décolletage. Clearly, he likes the little ribbon on my sleepthing. I defy anyone to spend time with his saucer-eyed frisky self and not fall helplessly in love. He is so glorious, it can not be described, it must be experienced. Also, I believe there's no greater validation than earning the love of an animal.

Have plenty of work today. Making steady progress through it. But it needs to be 4PM now.

Oh, good, that might be tolerable! Maybe. Thanks for the actual timeframe - I'm hopeless at time differentials and wasn't sure if 4 for you was, like, now, or 2 hours from now. :)
