I couldn't seem to find a full wine glass in any pics, must've been a great evening.

It was a great evening!

And it was a pumpkin cheesecake! :) It turned out fine after all, even if it wasn't what I'd planned.

I chickened out on adding a layer of ganache and caramel. I really wanted to do this thing (http://community.livejournal.com/food_porn/4612433.html), but I wasn't sure how the chocolate would go with pumpkin; I've never had that combination! I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Definitely do-able and the flavors would go well together. Really the pumpkin would take a back seat, but the sweet spices would still be prominent and would compliment the chocolate and the caramel.
