Very chatty about the books all of a sudden.

Finally got the Samwell POV--why can't I just adopt him and take care of him?



Mainly, I wanted to comment that if Brienne actually gets gang-raped I think I will throw up. I have such fucking anxiety for her right now. She and Jamie were just captured by Rorge, Biter, and that lot. I hate them so fucking much.

Also, I am SO pissed that Harwin didn't take Arya IMMEDIATELY to Riverrun. Though seeing her muscled into a dress was a little funny.

Glad that Jon popped his cherry already, but worried about another child of Eddard Stark being separated from his direwolf!

The description of the Unsullied made me so fucking angry that I don't even know what to say. KILL BABIES AND PUPPIES. GAH.

That said, I still HATE the Dany chapters. She fucking annoys me to no end, if she ends up on the Iron Throne, I will fucking kill GRRM.

LOL --I'm genuinely curious, why do you hate her? I tend to hate anything that takes me away from the main conflict for power in the stories (the Iron Throne) but once I start reading her chapters, I like them and I like her!

But I know a lot of people hate her, and so if you can, tell me why! I'm really curious!! :D

I dunno - she just annoys me to no end. Her whole "la la la, I am Queen of the Dragons and the Last Dragon and dragon this and dragon that and I am so awesome, you all must love me, la di da" attitude. I DID like her at first, up until Khal Drogo died.

(Though I just read the part where she doublecrosses the slavers --which I think was pretty predictable, though I gasped audibly when she offered Drogon! And I sort of love her right now!)

I don't want to lob anymore potential spoilers at roly, but I think that Jon isn't actually Ned's. I think for all the chatter about those two, I wonder if Jon (who's been noted for having Stark features) isn't Lyanna's and Rhaegar's kid. Who Ned, in keeping a promise to Lyanna, decided to raise as his own bastard. Though it ultimately surprises me that he couldn't share that with Cat and have eased both her suffering and the insult she feels toward her honor and Jon's misery in being raised by such a hateful stepmother.
