Using EPA risk estimates, the scientists suggested that people eat no more than 110 grams, or about half a normal portion, of Maine salmon a month; Scottish salmon, among the most contaminated in the study, which analyzed fish from all over the world, should be limited to 55 grams a month."

Holy shit it's cold. Damn the City Light bill; I'm cranking up the heat.
I was watching The Truth About Cats and Dogs tonight and it really made me miss my girlfriend, Willi. She was very much the Noelle to my Abby. Though she's not blonde and I'm nowhere near as cool as Janeane Garofalo.
I was avoiding cleaning up the kitchen when I joyously realized that today is not Sunday; tomorrow is Sunday and thus I have an extra day before the work week.
Hrm. Maybe will do some knitting tonight. Should go to bed relatively early tonight as having early swim/brunch with Ellie tomorrow morning. Which means I should do laundry now and have pants for the morning.
