What really works for me is light. I'm thinking of getting one of those gradually adjusting lamp things. Sun lamps?

If I'm tired enough I probably can, too. But on normal days, light, even dim light coming through the blinds, will do it.

My dad has one of those and he loves it, wakes him right up without any harsh blaring or cranky morning starts. He did have to play with it a bit to figure out when he needed to set it so that he brain got the wake-up signal.

Nifty little thing, that lamp. ^_^

Judy got one of those too, because she really is hit hard by the winter darkness.

I'm going to have to investigate getting one myself. Because it really does make me a lot more awake in the morning!
