And now that I went back and read your earlier post and noticed that it's not _your_ graduation... forget the comment about sneaking water under the robe, and put a lot of water in a duffel bag. Cap/hat and sunscreen go without saying.
Wear a tank top with a long-sleeved loose top over it with a light skirt or loose pants. Wear sandals but not heels that are hard to walk in (if your feet are sweaty, you'll fall over) and a hat. And bring water.
That is almost exactly what I've picked out! A cami with a loose white shirt. Jeans because my other pants are just too dressy (I need khakis I don't hate). And my new red Danskos!
